Before — A lengthy search for a lot that was within a reasonable distance of the Twin Cities and allowed the owner to use a contractor of their own choosing, ended with a large wooded lot in the city of Grant. Rossbach construction was selected to help develop the design concepts the homeowners had been gathering for their dream home.

After — Our 1993 Parade of Homes model is a shining example of a shingle-style home. The cascading peaked roofs, quality materials and simplicity of bold, clean lines help to create a solid, timeless design. This was one of the last "new" home construction projects that our company built, due to the fact that we've since focused exclusively on remodeling and repair projects. Nonetheless, this home proudly displays the pride and attention to detail that has become a Rossbach hallmark.
