Before — The property owner had acquired a beautiful piece of land on the outskirts of an historic river town in Minnesota. This quaint town has preserved its lumber baron heritage, and many of the architectural jewels that have dotted its hillside since the 1800s are being restored.

After — We designed and built this home from the ground up, taking advantage of the rolling, wooded terrain and complementing the architectural style and history of the surrounding area. We integrated the latest technology and materials with old world Victorian styling and details to create a charming home that is energy and space efficient. Custom millwork, stained glass windows, a three-story turret and other fine details recreate a bygone era.
