Rossbach,

Rich
started his carpenter apprenticeship in 1973 and established the business
in 1981. As a founding member of our company, Rich uses his industry
expertise to provide leadership and vision. He stays active in the industry
by conducting educational seminars at local home and garden fairs. Additionally,
Rich has served on his community planning commission for seven years.
He has experience in all facets of our business, and is adept at working
with you to understand your needs, goals and budget. You can count on
Rich to do whatever it takes to find practical, affordable and creative
solutions to meet any remodeling challenge.
Will
Rossbach, v.p., executive superintendent
and certified lead carpenter
Will
started his carpenter apprenticeship in 1975 and became a partner in
1982. Today, he leads our Production Department. In this role, he oversees
the scheduling and coordination of our projects. Will served as a member
of the Maplewood planning commission for over 10 years and was a member
of the Phalen Chain of Lakes Watershed Steering committee for 3 years.
He is also an active member of his church, serving as property manager
and council member and participating on numerous projects. A seasoned
carpenter and project manager, Will has the experience, knowledge and
credentials to keep your project moving forward, bring it in on time,
and keep an eagle eye on your budget.
Steve
Rossbach, treasurer and controller
Steve
joined our firm in 1985. He has a degree in psychology and a masters
in entomology, and is active in the Boy Scouts of America. As treasurer
and controller, Steve is our resident number cruncher. He is responsible
for the company's financial operations and ensures that we remain fiscally
fit. Since joining the company, Steve has kept our business on solid
ground and sees to it that our customers, suppliers and business affairs
are treated with the utmost care and respect.
